This is called black splot fungus, this needs to be cut and removed quickly  

keep some metals at the pot bottom to drain the water quickly 

When re-potting, the grafting tape should be above the soil level to avoid infections from soil 

My Tomato Plants

The plat has been growing for over 1.5 months and below is the state now. There is a small tomato sprouted on it. 

The plant has been affected with some insect and the leaves are having now white spots. 

Since we were out for 4 days and the drip irrigation almost failed for this plant, when we returned the plants was almost dead. Still it manage to give the 4 tomato's seen here
